Late French Immersion at Stonepark

The Late French Immersion forms for Stonepark have been distributed to Grade 6 students. If your child is interested in registering for Late French Immersion at Stonepark, please return the form to the homeroom teacher by Wednesday, March 4.

Date for Lock-down

The lockdown that was previously scheduled for Monday, March 2, has been postponed to a later date that is yet to be decided. A letter to parents will be sent home prior to this event.

Spirit Day

Spirit Day will be held on Monday, February 16. Staff and students are encouraged to dress in red, white, and pink. We will be asking staff and students to contribute a loonie or a toonie to go towards the purchase of a crash mat cover for the crash mat that Home and School has committed to purchasing for our school.

Food Order Change for Tuesday, February 17, Due to Friday's Storm

Please Note: Due to the storm day last Friday, Chicken Wraps with the Valentine cookie will be offered on Tuesday, February 17. The Chicken Wraps will be offered as usual on Friday, February 20.

Home and School Meeting 7 p.m.

The Home and School meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. tonight, not 6:30 as previously published in the calendar.

Storm Days and Food Orders

When school is cancelled and the food item that was ordered is not received, consider the food that was ordered as a credit towards your next food order. The next time a student puts in a food order, fill out the Food Order forms as normal (including subway forms) but do not pay for the food item that wasn't received due to the school cancellation. Indicate on the Food Order form that you have a credit for that item due to the cancellation. Hopefully, this should save some confusion.
